Voice Mail

1. To see a list of your voice mail messages, select the Voicemail tab in the main window.

Clicking in the status bar also displays the Voicemail tab.

2. New voice mail messages show a white, closed envelope and bold type.

3. Heard voice mail messages have a white, open envelope.

4. New messages marked urgent are indicated by a red closed envelope.

5. A message marked urgent in the MaxCommunicator icon in the Windows tray and in the

MaxCommunicator title bar becomes a red envelope and the Voicemail indicator in the status bar

has a red circle.

6. A paperclip symbol on the envelope indicates an attachment, a voice mail message forwarded

from another extension

Adding a Note to Voicemail

1. To add a note to accompany a voice mail, double click in the Note field and type the note or right

click a voicemail entry and choose Note from the popup menu.

2. Type your note and click OK.

Forwarding Voicemail

1. Select the voicemail

2. Select Forward or right click the voicemail and select Forward.
