12. Search for “western team” by beginning to type in the dialing field.

The Call Information panel displays the state of the call.

Dialing Speed Numbers

To call speed-dial numbers

1. Select the Speed Dial tab:

2. Select the number in its Number column.

This tab lists speed dial numbers configured at your extension (extension speed dial numbers) and

speed dial numbers that have been set up for your extension by the system administrator (system

speed dial numbers).

Numbers that are extension speed dial numbers and those that are system speed dial numbers display

in the Type column.

Redialing

To redial the last number called:

1. Select the Redial button.

2. Right click on a command button if the Redial button is not on your MaxCommunicator screen.

3. Choose Customize Toolbar Buttons and add Redial to your Customize Bar list.

4. Select OK.

Placing Calls on Hold

During a phone call:

1. Select Connected in the call’s State cell or click the Hold button in the MaxCommunicator

toolbar.

2. The state of the call is changed from Connected to Hold.
