Dialing Out

To make a call:

1. Enter a number or name in the dialing field.

2. Select the Dial button or press Enter on your computer keyboard.

3. Enter a number - You can enter a number in the dialing field by using the standard numeric keys

or numeric keypad on your computer or by using the dial pad in MaxCommunicator.

4. Enter a name - For names recorded in the system, type the name by using the keyboard on your

computer.

5. Select the name from the drop-down list that opens.

6. The number for that name displays in the dialing field.

7. To close the drop-down list or clear the dialing field, select the X in the field.

8. Select the Dial button to open the dial pad.

9. Begin typing a name in the dialing field to open the directory list.

10. Select a name.

11. Enter a number in the dialing field.
