4. Dialing - In the dialing field while connected to a call, enter the target number and select the

Transfer button.

5. Clicking - If the target number is on the Directory, Speed Dial, Contacts or Monitor tab, select it

and choose Transfer.

6. Select Yes in a confirmation dialog box when asked to confirm the transfer.

7. Select Yes to do a blind transfer before the party answers or wait for the person to answer and

then confirm or cancel the transfer.

Transferring to Voice Mail

1. While connected to a call, select the To Voicemail button in the toolbar or forward a call to voice

mail without answering it by selecting To Voicemail button while the call is ringing.

2. In the popup box, choose the extension to receive the call

3. Select OK.

Note: You can sort extensions by number or by name.

Conference Calls

Two types of conference calls in MaxCommunicator:

1. Station conferencing – During a call, you can dial a third party and then conference that party

into the call. Any internal user can add parties to this type of conference call.

2. MeetMe conference – With this feature enabled, you can schedule a meeting for and invite

people to the meeting. Invitees call the MeetMe conference extension number at the designated

time.
